At Ovrin, we strive to make your shopping experience perfect. If your clothing purchase does not fit, we offer an easy 7-day return policy.
We accept returns on all standard items within **7 days** from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Log in to your Ovrin account, go to "Order History", click on the specific Order ID, and select "Request Return". Upload a clear picture showing that the brand tag is attached, and submit.
Send an email to hello@ovrin.in with your Order ID, a picture of the product tags, and the reason for return. We will initiate a pick-up within 24-48 business hours.
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse. Upon successful quality check approval, refunds are processed securely as follows:
Refunds are auto-initiated back to the **original payment source account**. The funds will reflect in your bank account or card balance within **5 to 7 business days** after quality check approval.
We will request your validated Bank Account Details (Account Number + IFSC Code) or UPI ID. The payout will be transferred directly to your bank account using Cashfree Payouts within **5 to 7 business days** of receiving details.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within **12 hours** of placement or before they are dispatched for shipping. Once a package is handed over to our delivery partners, cancellation is not possible. For prepaid cancellations, the refund will be credited back to your source account within 5-7 business days.
