To purchase products or request custom sizing alterations, you may create an account using our passwordless email OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login tokens and active sessions. We strive to display our women's clothing items (Sarees, Lehengas, Kurtis, and Dupattas) as accurately as possible in terms of fabric quality, zari embroidery, and dye colors. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings.
For orders where 'Custom Saching/Stitching' is selected, measurements are provided by the user. Alterations are handcrafted strictly based on your measurements. Custom-tailored or altered items are completely non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a clear fabrication defect.
Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard taxes unless specified otherwise. We process online prepaid orders securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
For customer refunds and COD settlements, transaction payouts are executed via our payment processor, Cashfree Payouts, to your validated source bank account or UPI ID. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.
All shipments, cancellations, and return processing rules are governed by our respective Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch. Refunds are processed back to the original source within 5-7 business days.
All brand graphics, typography styling, custom page layouts, photography, and original embroidered designs displayed on this website are protected under Indian intellectual property laws and are the sole property of OVRIN CREATIONS.
These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes related to Ovrin purchases will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
