Standard items are packed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Semi-stitched or custom altered outfits require an additional 3-5 tailoring days before shipping.

Nationwide Delivery

We ship to over 19,000 pin codes across India through premium cargo networks. Metros receive packages in 2-4 business days, while other regions take 3-5 days.

Secure Transit

Every parcel is double-inspected and transit-insured. Our primary logistics partners include Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees to guarantee zero damage.

Important Guidelines

Address Modification: Shipping address changes are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement or before the product is dispatched. Please email hello@ovrin.in immediately with your order ID to update the details.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the packet to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number (+91 82408 44972 is our official helpline for call coordination) to prevent cancellations.
Damaged Parcels: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open, please record a quick video while unboxing and reject the package if necessary. Send the unboxing clip to hello@ovrin.in to claim a free replacement.
